About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations (EMS) Division is seeking a contract for a 3-month lease of 126 Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) for locations in Alaska and Hawaii. The Request for Information (RFI) aims to assess market interest and vendor capabilities for a comprehensive equipment lease that includes installation, removal, full-service maintenance, consumable supplies, key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. Interested vendors must submit their business name, DUNS number, CAGE code, and point of contact information by January 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. The primary point of contact is Tyler Bowman, Contract Specialist, and the secondary contact is David Corvino, Contracting Officer. Vendors must be capable of delivering and making all devices operational by February 1, 2025, with a base performance period from February 1 to March 31, 2025, and an optional extension from April 1 to April 30, 2025.

The RFI indicates no specific set-aside designation for this procurement. The delivery schedule details the distribution of 126 MFDs across multiple military facilities, with the majority (84 devices) designated for MARFORPAC facilities at Camp Smith under Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0004. Other installations include devices at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay, Eielson AFB, Fort Wainwright, and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. While no specific award value is mentioned, the scope involves a comprehensive lease arrangement for advanced office equipment across critical military locations in Alaska and Hawaii. The government explicitly states that it will not compensate respondents for information submitted or costs incurred in developing their responses. The procurement falls under the Product Service Code (PSC) 3610 for Printing, Duplicating, and Bookbinding Equipment, suggesting a focus on office technology solutions.
