AWARA five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract was awarded to Cellebrite, Inc. on September 12, 2019 with a total contract value of $28,250,000.00. The total amount obligated on the IDIQ was zero dollars. Individual delivery/task orders will be funded as orders are placed. The contractor's address is Cellebrite, Inc., 7 Campus Drive, Suite 210, Parsippany, NJ 07452. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Cyber Crimes Center (C3) will use Cellebrite's products and services to support to combat criminal activity conducted on or facilitated by the Internet. The HSI Cyber Crimes Center (C3) delivers computer-based technical services to HSI components to support domestic and international investigations into cross-border crime. This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source IDIQ contract to Cellebrite, Inc. pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Division 4, Cyber Crimes Center (C3) has a requirement for universal forensic extraction devices (UFEDs), accessories licenses, training and support services. Market research was conducted and there is only one known source that meets all of C3's requirements. The requirement has been deemed Law Enforcement Sensitive, so interested parties should inquire directly with the Contracting Officer listed at the bottom of this notice. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods and will include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is $30,000,000.00 to $35,000,000.00.
