About this opportunity

The Special Notice is for a sole source contract opportunity issued by the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to renew licenses and support for the PRISM contract writing system. DFC intends to award a firm-fixed-price order off the GSA Schedules to procure 23 buyer and 85 non-buyer PRISM licenses, as well as PRISM help desk support services.

The purpose of this requirement is to renew the existing PRISM SaaS licenses and provide helpdesk support services. The contract has a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years. All services are firm-fixed price, and the place of performance is remote with full-time staff required during DFC's core business hours. Market research found that PRISM is the only system that can fully meet DFC's requirements, and transitioning to a new system would result in significant costs, training, and operational disruption. DFC will continue to monitor the market for potential alternatives prior to future renewals.

Notice text

The purpose of this requirement is to renew DFC PRISM SAAS buyer and non-buyer software licenses via a follow-on GSA order with Unison Software, Inc. As well as to provide for helpdesk services specifically catering to the tasks outlined in this document. Standard services should consist, at a minimum, of a base support team of two (2) full time helpdesk support contractors for daily operational tasks, .25 support of a program manager for higher level troubleshooting and reach back support for system errors and tickets that cannot be solved by day-to-day DFC support.
