About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is conducting market research to identify small business sources capable of providing preventative and corrective maintenance services for a single Eaton, Powerware 9390 Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) located at NAS Pensacola, FL. This sources sought notice is designed to determine contractor availability and is not a formal solicitation. Interested vendors must submit company information including name, address, point of contact details, CAGE code, UEID number, NAICS codes, and business size by 4:00 PM EDT on March 14, 2025. Submissions must be emailed to Rhonda Davis with a specific subject line and are limited to five single-sided pages. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with delivery no later than 30 days after order receipt, and will evaluate responses based on the ability to meet minimum maintenance requirements for the specified UPS equipment.
No specific set-aside has been designated for this opportunity, though small businesses are encouraged to respond, including those with specific socioeconomic designations such as veteran-owned or woman-owned businesses. The contract appears to be for a single UPS system maintenance service, suggesting a relatively modest contract value. Potential contractors can propose services through either a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or open market procurement. The technical requirements will be detailed in a draft Statement of Work provided as an attachment to the full solicitation. While no specific budget range is mentioned, the firm fixed price nature and single equipment focus suggest a compact, targeted procurement effort focused on maintaining critical power infrastructure at the Naval Air Station Pensacola facility.
