This no-cost, in-person event is scheduled for May 7, 2026, at FCC Coleman in Coleman, Florida, and is open to all industry partners specializing in office furniture installation. UNICOR's Office Furniture Group provides high-quality, cost-effective office furniture and installation services to federal civilian agencies and the Department of Defense while simultaneously providing job training and skills development to federal inmates. The event is designed for market research and information exchange purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, RFQ, or RFP. This Special Notice was posted on April 6-7, 2026, with a registration deadline of April 20, 2026.

The primary objective of this Industry Day is to facilitate dialogue between UNICOR and potential industry partners regarding office furniture installation capabilities and services. Interested contractors must complete and submit both a registration form and a background clearance form (NCIC Criminal History Check authorization) to peyton.perry@usdoj.gov by 3:30 p.m. EST on April 20, 2026, with the subject line "UNICOR Industry Day, Sales and Marketing." All participants must obtain pre-approval and be included on the registration list to gain entry to the secure correctional facility. The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST and includes a factory tour, FPI staff presentations, and limited one-on-one sessions (30 minutes per company, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis) where vendors can showcase their installation capabilities and experience. Attendees are prohibited from bringing electronic devices, recording equipment, or gifts, though digital presentations may be submitted in PDF or PowerPoint format for display by FPI staff.
