About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 19, issued a Notice of Intent on August 14, 2026, for a sole source award to the University of Colorado, Division of Geriatrics, for the Rocky Mountain Geriatrics Conference on August 27–28, 2026; the response deadline is August 19, 2026 at 4:30 PM Central Standard Time. The conference will provide Continuing Medical Education credits for participants. The procurement rests on a Memorandum of Understanding between VISN 19 and Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC dated August 9, 2024. Interested parties may submit statements of capability to Phoebe Farmer, Contracting Specialist, at Phoebe.Farmer@va.gov. The contracting office is located at 6162 South Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111.
