NAVSUPPACT requires Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Process Improvement, as well as administrative and knowledge management support services for the collaboration and execution of a continuous program of wide-ranging projects. The primary focus of the contract is project management, mentorship of belts, and support of the Belt Training and Development Program. In particular, the contractor shall provide Master Black Belt (MBB), Black Belt (BB), Green Belt (GB), and Project Management Professional (PMP) training courses, as well as knowledge management support services in support of NAVSUPPACT.
