The solicitation (RFQ 19BR2525Q0060) requires bidders to submit comprehensive pricing for four service categories: Ad Valorem fees, Shipment fees, Excess Time charges, and Custody fees for cash and valuables. The government intends to award the contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest-priced, acceptable quotation, with potential for task order discussions. Quotations are due by June 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM local time, with a virtual pre-quotation conference scheduled for May 30, 2025. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit required documentation including SF-1449, pricing details, representations, and certifications.
The contract has no specific set-aside designation and falls under the NAICS category of Special Needs Transportation (485991). The performance period will be 12 months from the Notice to Proceed, with four additional one-year option periods available for renewal. Services must be performed in strict accordance with local Brazilian laws and regulations, with the government paying a fixed monthly price for satisfactorily completed standard services. The place of performance encompasses multiple Brazilian cities, with the primary location being Brasilia, Federal District.
