About this opportunity

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit a nationwide multiple award IDIQ contract for environmental engineering services with a sources-sought deadline of November 16, 2026, under partial small business set-aside.

This is market research to identify potential contractors—including 8(a) firms, women-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZones, and large businesses—capable of performing work across all 50 states, territories, and select locations outside the U.S. The Coast Guard anticipates awarding approximately five unrestricted contracts and four small business set-asides, though the final number has not been determined. Maximum aggregate capacity across all awards is $150 million over a ten-year period. This is a follow-on to an existing Department of Homeland Security strategic sourcing contract vehicle.

Scope encompasses professional engineering and environmental services supporting USCG shore infrastructure, real property, and projects. Services fall within four key environmental programs: Compliance, Restoration and Liabilities, Planning, and Stewardship and Training. Work is performed at a variety of facilities—bases, small boat stations, light stations, aids-to-navigation facilities, communications facilities—both onshore and offshore, across geographic areas spanning the 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), territories, and other locations outside the U.S.

NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services); PSC C219 (Architect and Engineering—General: Other). No reimbursement is provided for response costs. Detailed information and amendments will be available at SAM.gov.
