About this opportunity

U.S. Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC Redstone) issued a Special Notice on July 8, 2026 regarding an anticipated Reagan Test Range Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) Follow-On requirement; no responses are solicited or required. This notice is informational only and does not constitute a Government commitment to solicit or award a contract. The Army's recommended acquisition strategy is to procure the requirement through the General Services Administration OASIS+ contract vehicle under Special Item Number 60513 (OASIS+ Unrestricted, NAICS 541715 Exception 3, Enterprise Solutions). The acquisition strategy remains subject to final Government approval and may change prior to solicitation release. Should the requirement be approved, all future acquisition information will be posted on the applicable GSA OASIS+ ordering platform. The Army incorporated industry feedback from a previous ROSIE Request for Information into refinement of the acquisition strategy and solicited continued industry participation in requirement development. Interested vendors should monitor OASIS+ for future notices and solicitation information.
