The Defense Health Agency is procuring a complete audiometric test booth replacement for the Naval Hospital Jacksonville's Branch Health Clinic in Key West, Florida. The contractor must disassemble and remove an existing single-occupancy 7-by-7 audiometric booth and supply and install a new two-person double-walled audiometric booth capable of accommodating simultaneous hearing screenings. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the project, including custom fitting the booth to Room 1072, reconnecting all audio and electrical devices per OEM specifications, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, Defense Health Agency requirements, and The Joint Commission standards. The government will evaluate quotes based on conformance to essential characteristics, past performance, and price, with non-price factors carrying more weight than price in the selection process. The original quote deadline was September 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, with a two-month performance period beginning upon contract award and delivery scheduled for September 22, 2025.

This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334510 for Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. No incumbent contractors are specifically mentioned in the solicitation documents. While no specific contract value is disclosed, the procurement includes requirements for a firm-fixed price contract covering the supply and installation of one new audiometric booth with essential characteristics including compatibility with Grason-Stadler and Benson Medical Instruments audiometers, hospital-grade electrical systems, LED lighting, and roof-mounted ventilation. The contractor must be an OEM-certified service provider and provide a five-year warranty, training for biomedical equipment technicians, and final testing and calibration certification. Performance will take place at Room 1072, Building L-48, 1300 Douglas Circle, Key West, Florida 33040, with the contractor required to conduct an on-site inspection 30 days prior to installation.
