About this opportunity

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office is seeking two Nurse Case Managers for the Santa Fe Indian Health Center through a Request for Proposal (RFP) with solicitation number 75H70725R00006. The contract requires candidates with 36 months of nursing experience, including 12 months in a specialty area, current unrestricted RN license, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and mandatory certifications like BLS and PALS. Proposals must be submitted electronically to patricia.trujillo@ihs.gov by January 6, 2025, at 12:30 PM MST, with technical questions directed to travis.snyder@ihs.gov. The government will evaluate proposals based on technical approach, key personnel qualifications, past performance, and price, with non-price factors being more important than price when combined. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number prior to award.

The solicitation is a 100% set-aside under the Buy Indian Act, specifically targeting Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) within the Temporary Help Services NAICS code 561320. If insufficient competitive offers are received from Indian firms, the IHS will consider proposals from other small business concerns. The contract structure includes a base period plus four option periods, contingent on satisfactory performance ratings. The place of performance is located at 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. Invoicing will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform, and all payments will be made via electronic funds transfer. The procurement is limited to a single award, with vendors required to complete additional documentation including the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form and the OF-306 Childcare form to ensure compliance with federal employment and contracting regulations.
