About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Research Laboratory awarded an IDIQ contract valued at $55 million to L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. to provide the Integrated Demonstrations and Applications Laboratory capabilities for developing, maturing, assessing and transitioning cognitive sensors using testbeds, simulations and instrumentation. Specifically, the contractor will perform collaborative partnerships using scenarios, man-in-the-loop simulators, digital simulations and technology testbeds to provide advanced RF simulation and testbed functions in support of rapidly developing, maturing, integrating, demonstrating and transitioning critical warfighter equipment.

TEMPEST Call 01 was issued as a competive action but we only received 1 proposal.  One IDIQ contract with the first CPFF task order was awarded.

The scope of the ICET program is to provide the Integrated Demonstrations and Applications Laboratory (IDAL) the capability to develop, mature, assess and transition cognitive sensors using special test-beds, digital models, simulators and instrumentation. 

Task Order 0001, FA8650-20-F-1961, Integrated Demonstrations and Applications Laboratory (IDAL) Technologies for
Advanced RF Simulations (TARFS), will perform collaborative partnerships using scenarios, man-in-the-loop simulators, digital simulations and technology test-beds.  TARFS provides th simulation and test-bed functions to rapidly develop, mature, integrate, demonstrate and transition mission critical warfighter equipment.
