About this opportunity
The Department of Labor Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management seeks concrete demolition, disposal, and installation services at the Mine Safety and Health Administration Approval and Certification Center campus, with proposals due July 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. This is a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to small businesses.
Place of performance is Triadelphia, West Virginia. Work spans four primary locations across multiple buildings and includes removal and replacement of existing concrete with 4,000 PSI concrete mix, installation of rebar or wire mesh reinforcement, broom finish and cure-and-seal treatments, and replacement of concrete steps with modified riser heights. Concrete thickness varies from 4 to 8 inches. Work must be completed within 90 days of the start date and must occur between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Contractors must comply with the National Building Code and OSHA safety standards and provide a Quality Control Plan within 10 days of award.
The NAICS code is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The PSC code is C1LZ, Architect and Engineering—Construction: Parking Facilities.
