This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA8501-15-Q-TAPADMIN is a Request for Quote.
Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and all Representations and Certifications must be completed.
This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD:
(a) NAICS: 561110
(b) DOLLARS: $7.5M
This requirement is for a Transition Assistance Program Administrative Assistant. The contractor shall provide the personnel to support the Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) on Robins AFB. The purpose is to have a Transition Assistance Administrative Assistant to conduct and maintain data entry and administrative duties for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) requirements and resources within the A&FRC.
This is a new FIRM FIXED PRICE requirement and there is no Incumbent
Price should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
CLIN STRUCTURE will be as follows: SEE ATTACHED BID SHEET
Quotations should be emailed to Edward Holden (edward.holden@us.af.mil) no later than 3 AUGUST 2015, 3:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 15 August 2015. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
