About this opportunity

The Department of the Army's Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) has issued a Special Notice for its Installation & Technology Division's Competitive/Fair Opportunity Industry Updates for Fiscal Year 2025. The notice is designed to improve communication between the Army Contracting Command, mission partners, and industry stakeholders by providing transparency around upcoming competitive acquisitions. The document serves as an informational resource to give potential contractors insight into future procurement opportunities across various sectors. This Special Notice is explicitly not a formal solicitation or request for proposal, and the agency emphasizes that no proposals should be submitted in response to this posting. The information contained within is preliminary and subject to change at any time.

The primary objective of this Special Notice is to outline 11 upcoming contract opportunities across facilities, environmental services, and commercial software subscriptions for FY2025. Contractors interested in these opportunities must follow specific guidelines, including submitting questions via email to Ms. Yadira Colon within one week of update postings, with a limit of 10 questions per vendor submission. Most opportunities are set aside for 8(a) small businesses and include significant projects such as a $100-110M Post-Wide Minor Construction IDIQ, a $12-15M Forestry Management Services IDIQ, and a $42-48M Facilities and Logistics Services IDIQ. Software procurement opportunities range from $20K to $400K and will likely be purchased through CHESS ITES SW-2 or DoD ESI contract vehicles. The notice explicitly warns that all procurements are subject to cancellation, no reimbursement will be provided for feedback or documentation, and the government will not disclose procurement-sensitive information that could compromise the source selection process.
