About this opportunity

The Millennium Challenge Corporation published a Special Notice to solicit feedback on a draft Statement of Work for education design services in Timor-Leste and gauge contractor interest. The MCC seeks to improve secondary education quality by establishing a Center of Excellence for teacher and leader training, developing curricula, and potentially revising the secondary curriculum.

Interested contractors are asked a series of questions to provide feedback to inform a future Request for Quotes, including whether tasks and deliverables are clear, the timeline and level of effort are appropriate, and any recommended changes. Contractors must indicate if they are likely to bid, provide a rough cost estimate, and confirm SAM registration. No set-aside applies and the deadline to submit feedback is June 19, 2020 to help refine requirements for education improvement initiatives in Timor-Leste.
