Added: Feb 15, 2018 5:51 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued.

The solicitation number is 1205M618Q0008 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This is a 100% small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 115310 and small business size standard of $7.5 Million.

This project consists of marking units to a Silvicultural prescription and tree quality in the Sherman Project area. This project work area is located on the Three Rivers Ranger Districts, Colville National Forest in Ferry County, Washington State. Work should be completed by 01 November 2018 Directions to the project area from Three Rivers Ranger District are as followed: take U.S. Highway 395 northwest across the Columbia River to Highway 20, and about 10 miles up highway 20 on the South side of the road is the Sherman Project Area.


Contractor shall furnish equipment, supplies, labor, and tools necessary for compliance with field procedures herein. Suggested items include, but are not limited to the following.


1. Paint guns.
2. Note Book/writing instrument.
3. GPS receiver.
4. Diameter tape.
