The full lease term is 15 years with a 10-year firm term. Entities must familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act as implemented by FAR. A market survey is estimated for October 20, 2026, with occupancy targeted for December 1, 2026. Submit expressions of interest to Fanni Frankl at fanni.frankl@gsa.gov.
