This amendment is to answer questions for solicitation # 36C26219Q0485. No other terms or conditions are changed by this amendment.
Are Line 2 and line 25 referencing the same product?
Line 2 is correct as-is. Line 25 is hereby changed to CD USP50S
Line 12 seems to be the rental for line 25 according to the description. However, the stock number is different.
That is correct. Line 12 is the rental for line 25.
Line 18 says Oxygen USP 200 CGA 540, Customer owned; Local stock number: CD USP200. The description says Oxygen but the stock number, CD, would mean Carbon Dioxide.
Line 18 is changed to: OXYGEN USP MEDICAL PURE 200 CGA 540; Local Stock #: OX USP200
Line 23 please provide a better description or manufacturer details or clarify that this is a dipper needed to get the liquid nitrogen out of the dewars. As long as you don t need a specific brand.
Line 23 is in fact for the dewar to be refilled with liquid nitrogen 3 on outside; 25 on inside stem and it is not brand specific.
Please also provide a list of what line items would be needed at the ACC s and Community based outpatient clinics.
The ACCs and CBOCs typically order the same cylinders every week but all offerors are expected to be able to deliver all cylinders to all floors of the hospital, ACCs, and CBOCs..
