About this opportunity

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Madagascar is seeking to procure consistent and reliable travel management services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract. The Travel Management Contractor (TMC) must be International Air Transportation Association (IATA) certified and able to provide a full range of corporate travel services, including travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing, and airport assistance for official and personal domestic and international travel by USAID Madagascar employees and guests. The evaluation criteria will focus on the TMC's organizational capabilities, geographic coverage, pricing, and past performance. Proposals are due by October 31, 2024, and the government intends to award the BPA without discussions if possible.

This solicitation has no set-aside designation. The place of performance is Madagascar, and the contract will be a BPA with no funds obligated upfront, as obligations will be made through individual travel authorizations. The government has negotiated rates for air travel and hotels that the TMC must utilize, and all airline fares and TMC fees will be paid using a Government Corporate Card.
