About this file

This document is an amendment to a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for travel management services in Madagascar. The amendment provides responses to questions from prospective offerors and clarifies several requirements, including:

The Travel Management Company (TMC) is not required to be based in Madagascar, but must demonstrate how it will effectively address responsiveness. The price proposal is required, contrary to the original instructions. The technical proposal is limited to 20 pages, excluding certain documents. All airline fares and TMC fees will be paid using a Government Corporate Card. The U.S. Government has negotiated rates for air travel and hotels that the TMC must utilize.

The BPA solicitation seeks a TMC to provide travel arrangement, reservation, and ticketing services for official domestic and international travel by USAID employees and eligible family members in Madagascar. The closing date for proposals is October 31, 2024.
