About this opportunity

The General Services Administration seeks to lease approximately 24,482 ABOA square feet of office and related space in Richmond, Virginia through a ten-year lease with a five-year firm term and five-year renewal option. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Expressions of interest are due by January 5, 2024 with occupancy anticipated for November 4, 2025. The agency will evaluate EOIs based on the location and availability of space, rental rates, and ability to satisfy the government's requirements.

There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. Key details include a requirement for ten parking spaces and 24/7 access to the leased space. The space should not be located on the first floor, collocated with law enforcement agencies, or within a floodplain. The current occupant's lease is expiring, necessitating this search for alternative space within Richmond. The budget range is unspecified but the space required is specifically 24,482 ABOA square feet, indicating the size and scope of the potential award.
