Interested contractors must submit detailed information regarding their capabilities, technical qualifications, and pricing data to Rajay McFarlane (rajay.t.mcfarlane.mil@usmc.mil) by January 12, 2026—seven calendar days from the notice posting date. The government has predetermined that it will not compete this contract based on responses received; information submitted will be evaluated solely to determine whether future competitive procurements should be conducted. Shibamoto & Co., Ltd. has been identified as the sole source capable of coordinating with the primary manufacturer and processing U.S. Government payment requirements to meet the technical certification standards mandated for this requirement.
