About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure Test Kit HP, National Stock Number 7H-6625-017071663-X5, with a quantity of 3 units to be delivered to DLA Distribution facilities in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Interested parties may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the notice's publication (or 30 days if awarded under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement). The government will conduct market research to determine whether to pursue a competitive procurement, and all responsible sources are invited to demonstrate their interest and capability. The government has explicitly stated that it will not be using FAR Part 12 policies for commercial item acquisition in this solicitation. Contractors interested in providing a commercial item alternative must identify their capabilities within 15 days of the notice. Delivery locations are specified as DLA Distribution facilities in Pennsylvania and California, with the total quantity requirement being three units of the specified test kit.
