About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit a sole-source contract for one electric test panel (NSN 7H-6625-014643126-X5, TDP VER 008) under FAR 6.302-1 authority, with a response deadline of November 5, 2026. This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business.
The Government requires delivery of 10 units to two DLA Distribution locations: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania (W25G1U, W1A8) and San Joaquin, Tracy, California (W62G2T, W1A8). The Government does not own or control the data necessary to source this part from additional suppliers, and it has determined that acquiring such data or rights, or reverse-engineering the part, would be uneconomical.
Technical documentation including Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and qualified product databases are available through the DoD Single Stock Point at the Document Automation and Production Service in Philadelphia. Patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked there but may be requested through ASSIST-Online (http://quicksearch.dla.mil/) or by contacting the DODSSP ASSIST Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 (DSN 442-2667).
All responsible sources may submit capability statements identifying their interest and ability to respond. This notice of intent is not a competitive request, though the Government will consider all proposals and quotations received.

The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase / contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part.Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases (QPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
