About this opportunity

This Request for Quotations (RFQ) requires an authorized Fluid Solutions representative to provide comprehensive maintenance services including quarterly and annual maintenance tasks, water quality testing, equipment inspections, and chemical treatment for both water systems. Prospective vendors must maintain active SAM registration and possess an NCAGE code, and the contract will be structured as a firm fixed-price agreement payable entirely in U.S. dollars with no compensation for cost escalations. The solicitation indicates the government may award either a single contract covering all required services or multiple contracts dividing services among qualified bidders, though specific evaluation criteria beyond these qualifications are not detailed in the available documentation. Critical deadlines include a mandatory site visit on December 17, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. local time, written questions due by December 18, 2025, and quotations due on December 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

This solicitation includes no set-aside designations and does not identify any incumbent contractors or current service providers. The contract is structured for one year with two optional one-year renewal periods, with potential commencement in January 2026, though the embassy reserves the right to commence services at any time due to an anticipated relocation to a new embassy compound. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the available solicitation documents. The place of performance is located in Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán, Honduras, at the U.S. Embassy facility where both the domestic potable water treatment system and hydronic water treatment system require ongoing maintenance and monitoring services throughout the contract period.
