About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Strategic Systems Programs awarded contract N0003026C3031 to JRC Integrated Systems, LLC on December 19, 2025, for an estimated value of $10,687,640 to provide technical services and programmatic support for the Columbia Class Submarine's Common Missile Compartment (CMC) Program. The contractor will perform acquisition planning, cost analyses, business case evaluations, and operator expertise to support development, maintenance, and review of design documentation, test procedures, and program plans, while also participating in technical meetings and working groups essential to the submarine platform program for both the United States and United Kingdom. The contract includes a one-year base period covering Fiscal Year 2026 with four additional one-year option periods extending through Fiscal Year 2030, structured on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee basis with Level-of-Effort line items that may be increased up to 30 percent per Strategic Systems Programs terms and conditions. JRC Integrated Systems was selected non-competitively as the sole qualified contractor based on its specialized knowledge of submarine weapon systems, nuclear deterrence, and arms control expertise, with government analysis determining that training an alternative contractor would require approximately $2.422 million and two years of effort.
