Added: May 26, 2016 4:16 pm The Missile Defense Agency is pleased to announce the award of Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Cybersecurity Engineering advisory and assistance services contract to nou Systems, Inc, Huntsville, AL (HQ0147-16-C-0040). The Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract has an awarded value of $6,746,605 (2 year base and 3 one year options).  This contract provides support to execute a Cybersecurity Systems Engineering program that ensures Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) Cybersecurity design is fully propagated to the BMDS engineering lifecycle, designs, and paths to verification; influence changes in the BMDS engineering process in response to evolving Cyber threats and trends to the mission systems based on validated intelligence reporting; and assess impact to MDA processes and mechanisms.  This procurement is managed by the Missile Defense Agency Consolidated Support services program office. The period of performance is through May 2021.

Added: Sep 30, 2015 4:49 pm The Missile Defense Agency hereby releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0022, for the Agency's Cybersecurity Engineering under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Acquisitions. The requirements of this contract will include supporting the development, implementation, sustainment and assessment of logistics processes, procedures, plans and policies to support and sustain the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) throughout the acquisition life cycle.

This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services); Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000 when applying the "Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons" exception. It is anticipated that award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals are due November 2, 2015 by 2:00 PM CST.

Added: Aug 13, 2015 10:28 pm The Missile Defense Agency has a Cybersecurity Engineering contract requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. The requirements of this contract will support efforts to ensure the Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) Cybersecurity design is fully propagated to the BMDS engineering lifecycle, designs, and paths to verification.
