Place of performance is White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, in Dona Ana County. Five tasks comprise the work: vault egress door replacement (36" × 80" steel assembly meeting ICD 705 with 90-minute fire rating and STC 50 acoustic rating), installation of intrusion detection system sensors (five above-ceiling, four below-floor motion sensors and one balanced magnetic switch, UL 2050 certified), installation of Identiv Velocity room access control system (MX-8 panel, four badge readers with keypads, four magnetic locks across rooms 101–105), installation of a red LED warning light, and installation of a 48" × 42" awning above an exterior door. Contract duration is 214 calendar days from notice to proceed. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding federal holidays.
