About this opportunity

The Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center seeks to consolidate tape media services into a single account located in Washington D.C. Offerors must relocate tapes from eleven existing accounts into the centralized D.C. location and provide ongoing tape media services from that site. Proposals will be evaluated based on the offeror's ability to successfully perform the consolidation and meet the ongoing tape media services requirement from the D.C. location. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation notice are due by May 5, 2021.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The primary NAICS code is 518210 and PSC code is D304. As an option item, the actual consolidation portion allows flexibility regarding total value and timeline. While the notice provides that all tapes from the eleven specified accounts must be relocated, it does not include further details such as total tape quantities or annual service levels that would provide insight into possible award values.
