About this opportunity

The Department of the Army National Guard is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice due May 13, 2026, to identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive coordination and execution services for a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) recruiting event. The procurement is anticipated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business sole-source award, though the Government states this notice does not restrict its ultimate acquisition approach and seeks to determine if other fully capable sources exist beyond the currently identified vendor, SOCOM Athlete.

The prospective vendor must provide all personnel, facilities, and coordination to host and manage the event. Core deliverables include execution of targeted pre-event social media campaigns, comprehensive event coordination of scheduling and logistics, and facilitation of event activities encompassing physical fitness testing, recruiter presentations, Q&A sessions with special operators, mentorship sessions, and team-building exercises.

Capability requirements demand documented field experience coordinating Special Operations Forces (SOF) athletic and recruiting events, an established high-visibility social media presence capable of engaging the target recruitment demographic, and direct, verifiable connections to the U.S. Special Operations community to facilitate participation of qualified special operators. Responses should highlight ability to provide qualified Subject Matter Experts with prior military experience in Special Warfare.

This is market research under FAR Part 10 and not an RFP, RFQ, or invitation for bid. Responses are due by May 13, 2026.
