The total estimated contract value is $601,456.00, funded through FY25 Navy Working Capital Funds. The required delivery date is September 1, 2025, with all parts to be delivered to the MSC W143 Warehouse in Norfolk, Virginia. The procurement is justified based on the proprietary nature of these CPP systems, as only these two companies are capable of providing the necessary technical data, drawings, and replacement parts for the specific T-AO 205 class vessel requirements.
