About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) published this Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice to support a bridge extension of the System Engineering and Program Support for Teleport (SEPS4T) task order, which provides critical engineering and program support for the DoD Teleport System that enables tactical users to access Defense Information Switched Network (DISN) services. The sole-source justification is based on FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), citing economy and efficiency interests as this represents a logical follow-on to an already issued order, with the current contractor Booz Allen Hamilton possessing specialized expertise and system understanding necessary for continuity. The bridge extension will run for six months from August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, providing DISA time to complete the realignment of tasks into three new competitive task orders: Transport Services Strategic Advisory Support (TSSAS), Cybersecurity Technical and Analytical Services (CTAS), and Satellite Communications Engineering Support (SCES). Contract GS00Q14OADU108 was awarded on July 31, 2025, though the specific award amount was not disclosed in the public notice. This extension ensures uninterrupted support for DISA and the broader DoD community while transitioning to new task order structures without service delays.

Notice text

Posting the J&A to support a bridge extension of the System Engineering and Program Support for Teleport (SEPS4T) task order, which provides critical engineering and program support for the DoD Teleport System, allowing tactical users access to the Defense Information Switched Network (DISN) services in a seamless, interoperable, and economical manner. The extension of the current
task order will allow time to work on and complete the realignment of tasks into existing or new task orders without a loss or delay of support ensuring continuity of SEPS4T to DISA and the DoD community.

In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the task order modification must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued.

Awarded contract GS00Q14OADU108 to unknown vendor for unknown amount on 2025-07-31.
