About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has issued a Limited / Sole Source Justification Notice for a six-month bridge extension of the System Engineering and Program Support for Teleport (SEPS4T) task order, currently held by Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). The extension, running from February 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025, will provide critical engineering and program support for the DoD Teleport System, enabling tactical users to access Defense Information Switched Network (DISN) services. The justification is based on FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), allowing a sole-source modification in the interest of economy and efficiency as a logical follow-on to the existing order. This bridge contract will facilitate the transition to three planned competitive task order awards: Transport Services Strategic Advisory Support, Cybersecurity Technical and Analytical Services, and Satellite Communications Engineering Support. BAH has been supporting this requirement since 2005 through various contract vehicles, with the current task order competitively awarded via GSA OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1, ensuring continuity of essential support for DISA and the DoD community.
Notice text
Posting the J&A to support a bridge extension of the System Engineering and Program Support for Teleport (SEPS4T) task order, which provides critical engineering and program support for the DoD Teleport System, allowing tactical users access to the Defense Information Switched Network (DISN) services in a seamless, interoperable, and economical manner. The extension of the current task order will allow time to work on and complete the realignment of tasks into existing or new task orders without a loss or delay of support ensuring continuity of SEPS4T to DISA and the DoD community.
In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the task order modification must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued.
Awarded contract GS00Q14OADU108 to unknown vendor for unknown amount on 2025-01-31.
