About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to solicit a single contract for Technical Assistance for Repairables Processing (TARP) support services for the Triton MQ-4C Cooperative Program, which involves collaboration between the Australian Government and the U.S. Navy. The procurement will be conducted as a sole source acquisition under FAR Part 15 procedures, resulting in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to proposal submission. All responsible sources may submit proposals, with contractors self-certifying they are not suspended or debarred from federal contracting. The solicitation will be electronically released on SAM.gov, with proposals due by March 26, 2025, and contractors are responsible for monitoring the website for the Request for Proposal (RFP) and any subsequent amendments.
The contract falls under NAICS code 561910 (Packaging and Labeling Services) with an expected size standard of $19.5 million and Federal Supply Code R706 for management logistics support. No specific set-aside has been designated for this opportunity, making it open to all qualified contractors. The procurement will support supply operations in Australia and is structured as a single award contract. While specific award details are not comprehensively outlined, the pre-solicitation notice indicates this is a cooperative program between U.S. and Australian governments, suggesting potential long-term strategic importance. Contractors should note that paper, faxed, or emailed solicitation copies will not be provided, and the government will not reimburse information acquisition costs. Successful offerors must demonstrate compliance with SAM registration and certification requirements to be eligible for contract award.
