About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking Technical Assistance for Repairables Processing (TARP) support services for supply operations in Australia, specifically supporting the MQ-4C Triton Cooperative Program. The procurement focuses on providing a TARP representative to manage retrograde processing of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) materials at two Australian Royal Air Force locations: RAAF Edinburgh and RAAF Tindal. Vendor responses are due by 3:00 PM EST on March 7, 2025, and must be submitted electronically to Jacob Segal, including detailed business information and a one-page capability statement. The evaluation will assess vendors' ability to coordinate transportation, establish Standard Operating Procedures, and manage material processing efficiently. Respondents must provide company details such as CAGE Code, SAM registration status, and available contract vehicles.
The contract is classified under NAICS code 561910 for Packaging and Labeling Services, with an expected size standard of $19.5 million. The performance period includes a base year from March 19, 2025, to March 18, 2026, with four potential one-year option periods extending through March 18, 2030. There is no specific set-aside for small businesses or disadvantaged vendors, indicating full and open competition. The selected contractor will be responsible for verifying packaging and labeling, measuring material movement times, and producing weekly status reports detailing DLR processing. Key requirements include obtaining security clearances, accessing government IT systems, and potentially operating government vehicles and material handling equipment. The procurement aims to reduce Supply-In-Transit (SIT) times and improve overall logistics efficiency for the Triton program's Australian operations.
