About this opportunity

Naval Sea Systems Command, through Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, issued a sole-source synopsis on June 9, 2026, for engineering and technical services supporting depot-level repairs of the SEWIP Block 3 Electronic Attack Subsystem of the AN/SLQ-32(V)7, with proposals due June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. The Government intends to award contract N0016426RWM48 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation under Basic Ordering Agreement N0016425GWM42 based on FAR 6.103-1 authority; substantial cost duplication and unacceptable delays would result from competitive procurement.

Work includes identifying depot-level repairables, conducting a government site survey, developing depot repair and test capabilities, creating technical manuals and repair/test procedures, identifying spare lay-ins, developing training criteria, and providing packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation. The contract will be non-commercial and issued on both cost-reimbursable and fixed-price terms, with one base year followed by four option years.

Although this is a sole-source action, all responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration. The solicitation will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform rather than SAM.gov. Contractors must be registered in SAM. Direct inquiries to Lisa Demontagnac, Code 0225, lisa.d.demontagnac.civ@us.navy.mil, referencing solicitation number N0016426RWM48.
