The synopsis was issued on 9 June 2026 with a closing date of 25 June 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. While this is a sole source action, all responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration. The solicitation will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform rather than SAM.gov. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Inquiries should be directed to Lisa Demontagnac at Code 0225, lisa.d.demontagnac.civ@us.navy.mil, referencing solicitation number N0016426RWM48.
