The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Announcement Rev B. This amendment corrects an outdated version of the “Article 20 - Right to Terminate” clause in the template Funded Space Act Agreement.

                                                      Sustainable Flight Demonstrator

This Announcement for Partnership Proposals (AFPP) is issued to solicit and award one or more Funded Space Act Agreements for the design, build, test, and flight of an advanced airframe configuration and related technologies to dramatically reduce aircraft fuel burn and CO2 emissions as part of the Sustainable Flight Demonstrator project. As a result of this competition, NASA anticipates entering into one agreement, with the potential for more, with private industry to support development of the advanced airframe and related technologies to maximize the potential for commercial EIS in the 2030s.
