This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG89-09-Q-653039 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 541360. The small business size standard is $4.5mil. The contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following:
U.S. Coast Guard Property at Yerba Buena Island (YBI): Provide survey and mapping for Coast Guard Owned Property and Legal maps for various easements as per attached Statement of Work.
