NAVSEA intends to solicit this subject requirement as a full and open competition for an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that utilizes Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. To facilitate early potential offeror involvement, the Navy recommends that interested vendors complete a DD Form 2345 which must be signed by both a US and Canadian representative for submission upon solicitation release.
