Contractor responsibilities include safe removal and installation, connection to existing 110-volt power outlets, 24-hour technical support response capability through certified technicians, preventive maintenance checks every six months for two years, staff training, comprehensive documentation, facility cleanup and damage repair, and a minimum two-year warranty covering parts, labor, and software.
