About this opportunity
The U.S. Embassy London has issued a solicitation for the supply and delivery of work clothing and footwear. The government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to one or more responsible vendors for a period of five years or until the determined maximum amount has been spent, whichever occurs first. Interested vendors should provide their catalog of workwear items and pricing, and submit responses by 17:00 GMT on March 15, 2024 to the London Procurement Team at LondonProc@state.gov. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to any contract award of $30,000 or more.
The solicitation does not have a set-aside designation, and the government may choose to award BPAs to more than one vendor and rotate business. The government estimates approximately 30 workwear items per year will be needed, to be collected from a local store within the M25 area of the UK. The place of performance is London, UK, and the workwear does not need to be made in the USA.

Please submit all questions to londonproc@state.gov by Friday, April 19, 2024 close of business.
The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for the supply and delivery of work clothing and footwear and intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to one or more responsible vendors. A BPA is similar to a credit account established with vendors under which numerous orders may be issued. It establishes no contractual obligation until an order is issued and a delivery is made. BPAs will be in effect for a period of five years upon award or until the determined maximum amount has been spent, whichever occurs first. Please note that the award of a BPA does not guarantee any quantity of business and that the Government may choose to award BPAs to more than one vendor and rotate business.
U.S. Government Contractors receiving an award valued at $30,000 USD orgreater must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and the kinds of goods and servicesoffered. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
Interested vendors should refer to the attached Statement of Work and supporting documentation and contact the London Procurement Team at the following email address: LondonProc@state.gov. Please use the subject line “19UK5624Q0023- Supply of Workwear ".
