Performance will occur at the Whiteriver Service Unit and Cibecue Health Center in Arizona, both serving the Native American community in the region. While specific contract values are not disclosed in the solicitation, the rate schedule indicates pricing for health program subscriptions with annual inflation adjustments of 2.25% anticipated for option years.
