About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a telecommunications service provider to establish, install, and maintain a 50MB circuit connecting Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota to an Electronic Scoring Site in Wyoming. The solicitation is structured as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products and services, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure. The procurement will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, which means the contract will be awarded to the technically compliant bidder with the lowest price. This combined synopsis/solicitation was posted on January 6, 2025, with quotes due by February 5, 2025. The procurement falls under NAICS code 517111 and uses product service code DG11, specifically targeting telecommunications network services.

The solicitation is not designated as a small business set-aside, meaning all qualified telecommunications providers can compete for the contract. The specific service will involve establishing a telecommunications circuit between two precise locations: 2742 Spaatz Dr at Ellsworth AFB, SD and Room 107, Building 2300 at 692 US-212 in Belle Fourche, WY. Quotes must include both monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges, with detailed line item descriptions as specified in the IQO Desk book. The contract terms incorporate standard Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses for commercial products and services, ensuring compliance with federal procurement standards. While specific award value is not disclosed, the solicitation indicates a comprehensive requirement for telecommunications infrastructure installation and ongoing maintenance.
