The performance period is 255 days with multiple submittal stages including preliminary findings, draft reports, and final reports. The work requires strict operational security protocols including escorted access to the secure facility and comprehensive coordination with Kirtland Air Force Base personnel. While no specific contract value is mentioned in the notice, the scope involves significant engineering analysis and assessment work requiring specialized expertise in multiple engineering disciplines for critical infrastructure systems.
