The contract requires onsite service availability Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Daylight Time, with diagnostic trips to be scheduled within three business days of notification and repairs completed within ten business days unless parts lead-time necessitates an extension. Service tickets must be submitted within five business days of completed preventative maintenance, and itemized repair estimates must be provided within the same timeframe, with all materials and parts to be supplied at the contractor's cost without markup at the lowest available price. The specific award value or budget range is not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, as the government is using this market research to determine the appropriate procurement methodology.
