The contractor shall develop a GPS jammer pointing pedestal platform that utilizes a Selective Identification Feature to steer the GPS jamming beam as its primary source of information to track a target and an electro optical/infrared camera as a backup source to ensure correct pointing. This jammer system will incorporate a jammer supplied by the 746 Test Squadron which must be returned within three months. Two steerable jammers shall be delivered within six months. The contractor will provide twelve months of subsequent onsite operational maintenance support and development after delivery of alpha prototype.
