About this opportunity

This Special Notice from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Orlando Contracting Center provides an update on the Staff Technical Assistance and Functional (STAF) support requirement. The STAF requirement underwent an insourcing analysis resulting in approvals to update the requirement due to insourcing.

As a result of these approvals, the STAF Request for Proposal performance work statements and support documents are being amended. The Phase I proposal due date is dependent upon the release of Amendment 0002 and a question and answer period, which are both being revised to incorporate changes to the requirement. A new Phase I proposal due date and additional details will be provided on the Beta SAM website as they become available. Only competitive 8(a) contractors are eligible to participate in this opportunity once the amended RFP is released.
